Coordinating Accessories

June 1, 2010

Knowing how to coordinate accessories with your outfit is the key of success in any wardrobe.
Accessories are ideal to reflect your fashion personality and the mood you are in.  Keep in mind the event you will attend too, so you will be appropriate and not out of place.

For a night of chic cocktails.

Add colors to your casual winter outfit.

Mystic Business

Rock n’ roll night.

Spring fling.

What is your favorite accessory?

Lookbook: 1 dress, 3 styles

January 3, 2010

The little black dress is one of the most basic pieces that never goes out of style and it can be used in formal or casual occasions, depending on the accessories you wear with it.

A dress with a straight cut, to the knee and with a wide belt is flattering for almost every body shape, although for full figures it is recommended that the skirt is a little more full and with an A shape, and the length below the knee.

I chose this dress from Forever21 because it has all the features that allows it to be transformed very easily, like removable adjustable spaghetti straps and a removable elastic belt.

Paired with a metallic gold cardigan, black shoeboots with gold accents and gold accessories, it is a good option for a formal event, for the theater or a party.

To go to a dance club or a dinner date, removing the straps and with a more hip and punk style.

And to go to the office, paired with a striped turtleneck underneath and add some colors with a red belt and tights.
